Hey y'all! I am back with another easy recipe. Today I want to share a simple recipe of Ayam Kecap; another home style Indonesian dish that is quite popular. Surely you'll see there are many versions of recipes online, just like my mother's is different from my sis in law's. Myself? well I love Worcestershire sauce. The way I like my Ayam Kecap is when both flavors (Worcestershire sauce and sweet soy sauce) incorporated in it almost equally, whereas in general it should just have a hint of Worcestershire. Caution! You'll need more amount of sweet soy sauce to balance it out; adjust it to your taste.

Kewpie Rice
Hey y'all!
I've been inspired by cooking videos lately and decided to make one for fun. Man...oh man...!It was harder than I thought; a lot of planning involves. So I start with the most simple recipe that doesn't require many ingredients. All you need is rice, Kewpie mayonnaise and soy sauce. A colleague gave me this recipe when I was working at a restaurant. We worked long hours every week, sometimes we couldn't even catch a meal on time. So, we eat whatever food that is allowed to grab by employees at the time.

This Week: Best Find Online/Cook Book Recipes
I am a sucker for online recipes. I could stay for a good one hour browsing online, without feeling weary. While searching, I like to focus on recipes that are simple, quick, and with ingredients that are replaceable. Today's post is dedicated to food bloggers/YouTubers/Writers as my thank you, for bringing a little joy into my home through their awesome recipes. There are so many great online recipes that I found, but today I'd like to share these three.
