Spicy Crab Sticks with Kewpie

First of all, this is the most delicious and easy recipe of Asian's comfort food. You would notice that I incorporate quite a few amount of highly cholesterol mayonnaise and margarine. So, beware of those who are trying to cut down some weight.
Second, the recipe is best with a mixture of seafood. Feel free to add any more seafood of your choice (scallop, mussels, squids, etc.). The imitation crab stick was all I had in the refrigerator at the time, but still delicious.

Serve 2-3

Ingredients:

1 lb. imitation crab stick. Shredded.
A pack of 8 oz button mushroom. Slice thin.
1/2 sliced white onion
1 green onion. Slice thin for garnishing
4 tbs cooking oil
2 tbs Blue Band margarine ( or any butter of your choice)
Sriracha chili sauce

For the sauce:

1/2 cup Kewpie mayonaisee
1 tbs masago (fish eggs)

Directions:

1. In a non stick pan, heat up the cooking oil.
2. First, add white onions and mushrooms, cook for a minute then add the crab sticks . Cook and stir occasionally for 5 minutes or until cooked through. A minute before you turn off the heat, add in butter.
3. Move it to a baking pan and spread evenly; about an inch deep. Then cover it with sauce mix.
4. Broil for 2 minutes or until top layer turn slightly brown. Once done, garnish with Sriracha and green onions. Serve warm. Bon appetite!
