I've seen so many versions of What's In My Bag's tag in many outlets of social media, and thought of doing one in this blog. To start off, I do not put up images of the bag or other things people usually mention in the tag. Depending on the outfit that day, I tend to select my bag accordingly. And other basic necessities I would not need to elaborate, like wallet, cellphone, car key and a water bottle. However, I'm excited to show you the things I carry with me in my bag that I could not leave without.
These are the items I always make sure to include in my mini makeup/travel bag, along with the product links:
1. KOJI oil off paper.
It is a Japanese product to remove your face oil and shine throughout the day; costs around $5. Normally, I would get the cheaper version from the drugstore, by Clean & Clear. KOJI is slightly more expensive, but they work great. During summer, I use this quite often on days I wear heavy makeup.

2. SUPERGOOP hand cream.
Everyone needs to starts wearing sunscreen religiously everyday before they step out of the door. UVA rays are present during all daylights throughout the year. By exposing yourself to it, without a protection it could accelerate aging and possibility for skin diseases. I learned the importance of it and started to care more about my skin in my late twenties. Do not worry, it is never too late to care; whether you are in your 30's, 40's or 50's, start tomorrow. SUPERGOOP focuses on UVA rays protection products, containing high SPF. I own three of the products, one of them is the 1 fl oz./30 ml hand cream with broad spectrum sunscreen SPF 40; retail price of $12. I love that it doesn't feel so greasy on the skin.

3. MILK Makeup face gloss.
I like wearing this on my lips. It's not like a normal gloss; this one gives you the wet and shiny look. Sometimes I also like to wear it on top of a colored lipstick, perfect if you are going for a dewy look. Retail price is $20.

4. LAURA MERCIER body & bath Ambre Vanille hand cream.
I purchase this during a holiday season and they came in a gift set. The hand cream is extra moisturizing. However, I am not quite a big fan of the scent. It's not too bad;but the scent is too sweet to my liking. My favorite fragrances are citrus, clean and fresh scents. Retail price is $18.

5. Perfume Refillable Bottle.
This is another item I purchased as a gift set; a refillable bottle for perfumes. It was included in the Chloe perfume gift set I got during the holiday season. It is very practical, good quality and easy to refill. I could not find the exact bottle anywhere online. I found something similar; link below.

6. POO-POURRI Toilet Spray.
Let's get real! One of the reason I feel hesitant to use public restroom to go for a number two, because I don't want others suffer from my stink. It's rather embarrassing to me, at least. I feel less of that when I know I have this with me. They come in many sizes and scents, but I like my original scent. Citrus and lemon fragrances help remove the traces of the stink; or so I hoped. If you want to save some bucks, purchasing the biggest bottle would be a great idea. Buy a cheap travel spray as a refill bottle to use it conveniently.

7. Period Pads.
It is the most important item to be included in my bag, period!. I've had so many cases in the past where I ran into trouble during that time of the month. Incidents happen when I was in class, meeting or at work and this is when it can come in handy. Along with it, I always keep a piece of clean underwear; in case it's needed. And sometimes friends or strangers would ask for one (pads), and it is nice to be a help.
8. JO MALONE perfume sample.
Never missed a chance getting a perfume sampler when you are in department stores. I don't mean to be cheap, but it is there for us to grab, AS NEEDED. For instance, Jo Malone is a high end perfume line that I usually get once a year, considering the high price tag. When their latest line launched, instead of immediately buying it, I would ask the lady to give one as a sample. I think, that's a great deal.
9. AXE Brand Medicated Oil.
This is not for everybody!. It is a herbal oil to be applied to you in order to relieve minor pain. When I get a headache, I would put this on my forehead and inhaling it helps reduce nausea. It has a STRONG scent to it, some of you may hate it. To learn more about this product, please refer to the link.

Wherever I go, these are items I make sure to have with me. One I forget to add is Advil. A painkiller can always come in handy. Are there other items you'd think is necessary to have? Please leave in the comments below. Thank you for stopping by, and have a great day.
