Crab Rangoon | Easy Recipe

Serves 5- 6

Ingredients:

Pre-made wanton sheets (refer to side note below)
11.7 oz imitation crab sticks
4 scallion. Thinly cut
1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese
1 tsp light soy sauce

Directions:

1. First, shred the crab meats or if you like to save time, put it in a blender (blend roughly).
2. In a bowl, add crab meats, a room temperature cream cheese, scallions & soy sauce. Mix it.
3. Start making the wanton bags. Please refer to the pictures above on how to wrap; use egg to seal. When sealing, be sure to leave no air bubbles behind. Seal it properly, or else it will pop up when frying.
4. Once ready, fry it in medium heat (350 F). Cook it for 2-3 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Flip every 10 seconds to get even color.
5. Serve with a mixture of sweet chili and Sriracha sauce. Bon appetite!

Notes: In this recipe, I used 2 packs of 12 oz pre-made wanton sheets by Nasoya. You can find this in your neighborhood supermarkets; such as Wal-Mart and Kroger. Fry as many as you need and freeze the rest.
